Phenomenal experience from start to finish! I came in with just a picture of the style I wanted, and John immediately helped us find the perfect match. He also suggested coordinating options for the other rooms that tied everything together beautifully. Andre came out quickly to measure, and the carpet was professionally installed within two weeks of our selection. The entire process was seamless, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Additionally the price of the carpet (which was a private label of Tuftex) was 40% cheaper than the same exact Tuftex name at another local carpet place in Warren. All around win!

Katelyn was fantastic communicating with me and remembered so much about us from our last conversation years ago. It made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Their installer, Phil came today and was able to fix the carpet in no time. He even noticed some extra spots that could use some help from years of wear and fixed those while he was here!
